Niandra Shelise Simpkins Milligan

Niandra Shelise (Simpkins) Milligan was born May 3, 1978 in Tucson, AZ to Cynthia Rembert and Robert Simpkins. She was the oldest of four girls. Niandra attended school at Buena High School in Sierra Vista, Az. She later moved back to Tucson where she had her only child Meisha Synthia Simpkins. Niandra married her husband of ten years John Milligan. She remained in Tucson up unto her untimely death. Niandra spent her life helping others and was a true fighter from the beginning to the end. Though she became ill later on she was always there if you needed help. She had a free spirit full of laughter and energy. Niandra was preceded in death by her father Robert Simpkins. She is survived by her mother Cynthia Cephus (Robert) of Tucson, her husband John Milligan of Tucson, daughter Meisha Simpkins, grandmother Jeanette Rembert of Albuquerque, NM, Sisters Kimberly Johnson (Chris) of Reedtown, Al, Yolanda Cofield of Tucson, & Alicia Cofield of Tucson, nieces, nephews, uncles, aunts, cousins, and many friends. Niandra would truly be happy that her family and friends came together to celebrate her home coming and to keep her in our hearts always.
