DIEHL, Lawrence Thomas "Tom" Diehl Jr, age 79 passed away April 22, 2016 at home surrounded by family. Tom was born in Detroit, MI on Nov 8, 1936 and made Tucson his home since 1971. Tom is survived by his loving wife of 54 years, Carolina; his four children: Lawrence, Carolina (Mark), Laura (Wild Bill), and Michael; his 8 adoring grandchildren Devyn, Montana, Benjamin, Spencer, Heather, Sean, Jeremy and Sami; his brother Jerry (Lyn) and sister Virginia in addition to countless other beloved relatives and friends. Tom will be missed by anyone who had the pleasure of knowing him. Visitation will be Sunday May 1 at 5pm at BRING'S Funeral Home with a rosary following at 6:30pm. A funeral mass will be held Monday May 2 at 12pm at Our Mother of Sorrows Church with interment to follow at Our Lady of the Desert Cemetery and a light lunch at the church afterwards. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Haiti Project c/o Our Mother of Sorrows Church.
