Schwartz, Emanuel "Manny", passed away on March 30, 2010 after a long illness at the age of 85 (born October 9, 1924, Bronx, NY). Beloved husband of Wendy Elizabeth and father of Lee David (Beverly Wagner, life partner and close friend to the family). Manny was a WWII US Army veteran who fought in the Normandy Invasion of June 1944 and subsequently worked for the JAG (Judge Advocate General in England). He moved the family to Tucson from New York in 1968 and worked as a tax accountant, real estate broker and finally for the office of the Pima County Assessor. Dad, you were the very best father and friend a son could ever have in life…we will miss you very much. Arrangements entrusted to Desert Sunset Funeral Home (297-9007).
