Nancy Joy (Brown) Callender, 90 of Tucson, Az born January 21,1934 in Chicago, IL. received her wings on February 18, 2024. Nancy was preceded in death by her parents John and Violet Brown, husband Norman W. Callender, son John W. Callender, brother John P. Brown, sister-in-law Norleen Brown, and nephew John P. Brown Jr. She is survived by her son James W. Callender of Silver City, NM, her daughter Karen Callender Pribula (Leonard), grandchildren Daniel W. Pribula, Jayme Pribula of Tucson, AZ. Her nephews Dan Brown, Dave Brown (Laura), niece Claire Brown, great nephews Grant and Clark Brown and many friends Nancy was born and raised in Chicago, IL., moved to Tucson, AZ 30 years ago with her husband when they retired. Nancy enjoyed cooking and sewing for her family. She played volleyball and golfed into her 80's. She was so proud of her two grandchildren they gave her so much joy.
