Obituary Hatim Talib Islam, 65, departed this life on Saturday, November 21, 2015 in St. Joseph Hospital in Tucson, Arizona surrounded by his wife and his loving family. Hatim was born to April 5, 1950 to Billie Ann (Garland) Johnson and James Bouldin. Hatim was born in Albany, New York and was raised and educated in Hudson, New York. In 1969, he enlisted in the U.S. Army and was discharged in 1971. Hatim was a devoted father, stepfather, grandfather, great- grandfather; husband, brother, cousin, and nephew. Hatim leaves to cherish his memory his wife, Jacquie Williams-Islam, his three daughters, Charlene Bouldin (Demetrius), Musilimah Wilkerson (Glenn), Melissa Davis all of Hemet, CA, 1 sister, Leta Bailey (Ronald), of Albany, New York, 1 brother, Robert Dandridge of Hudson, New York, 2 Aunts, Eleanor Garland of Colonie, New York and Loretta Myers of Albany, New York, 1 uncle, Thomas Myers of Albany, New York; 2 step daughters, LaCrecia Bowyer of CA and Janiella Williams of Arizona; 2 step sons, Dwight Williams Jr. and Dalton Williams of CA. three sister in laws, Barbara Taylor, Mary Horton and Valerie MacDonald and three brother in laws, Plummer Jr., Lynn and Horace Williams, 10 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, 6 step grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, cousins, friends and his cat named Butter. Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his three sisters, Sheila Chapman (Paul), Claudette Bouldin, Tia Dandridge, brother, Albert Dandridge III, wife, Gwendolyn Bouldin, 2 aunts, Dandridge Kate Harris (aka Aunt Dannie), Rachel Palmer and 2 uncles, Rucker Garland and Hoover Garland.
