Cassandra Lynne West

Cassandra Lynne West (Cassie Lown) God folded Cassandra Lynne West into his arms the morning of August 17, 2022. She was born June 16, 1977 in Waterloo Iowa to Robert and Victoria (Sterner) Lown. Cassandra was a graduate of Mountain View high school (‘95) then moving on to earn her bachelors degree from the University of Arizona and then her masters degree from Northern Arizona University. She was a loving wife, very devoted mother, caring daughter, loving sister, proud aunt and new grandmother. To have known Cassandra was to witness the life of an amazing, loving, kind, intuitive, brave, strong and courageous Individual. In life all she ever wanted was to be a wife and a mother. She absolutely adored her husband Jason West, her children son Trey (Heidi) West, Son James W West III and Daughter Zoe L. West. She is also survived by her mother Victoria (Sterner) Lown, siblings Zach (Lola) Lown, Tutti (Jay) Horak, Zeb (Sylvia) Lown, sister in law Tracy (Vos) Barela, preceded in death by her father Robert J Lown “Papa”. Also survived by numerous nephews, nieces, aunts, uncles, extended family and friends. In her final years she focused all her efforts on her family, her husband and her children. She attended any and all school events, basketball games, cheer rallies, jujitsu tournaments and Baseball Games. Rest In Peace my love… Until we meet again. We love and miss you so very much Bebe!
