Eva Lee Segovia

After a battle with an aggressive cancer Eva Lee Taff, at the age of 68, passed peacefully from this life on March 1, 2023, at Tucson Medical Center in Tucson, AZ. with her family by her side. She was born on August 7. 1954 in San Joaquin, Ca. to Clifford Ray and Shirley Temple Taff. Eva was known for her warm smile. For years, she enjoyed working as a cashier. When diagnosed with stage 4 Lymphoma on February 1, 2023, Eva put all her faith in her fight to beat this cancer. Eva's faith was strong and she remained hopeful even until her final days. Eva grew up in Firebaugh, Ca. She attended Dos Palos High School in Dos Palos, CA. She later went to Cosmetology School. Eva is survived by her fiancé Alfredo Robles, her daughters Wendy Thompson of Phoenix, AZ,: Stacey Quintana (son-in-law Isacc Quintana) of Firebaugh, Ca.; her grandchildren Amanda Romero, Lawrence Rodriguez, Ace McDonald, Casey McDonald, Maykayla McDonald, Bryan Hansen, Elisha Quintana; her great-grandchildren Noah Romero, Isabella “Bella” Romero, Malia Romero, Dakota Christian McDonald, and Danni Rea McDonald. Eva was preceded in death by her father, Clifton Ray Taff, and her mother Shirley Temple Borba. A Celebration of Life Service will be taking place on Saturday, April 15, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. at NewLife Firebaugh, 1840 7th St, Firebaugh, CA, 93622. Please direct any flower deliveries to the church.
