Andrew "Andy" O'Connor

Andrew "Andy" O'Connor passed away suddenly on January 10, 2019. He was born in Dublin, Ireland May 31, 1934. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife Jeanie and his granddaughter, Nina Smith. Survived by his daughters Pamela (David) Loder and Tamara (Karl) Burchianti, son Andrew (Lisa) O'Connor, daughter Allison Smith; Granchildren Daniel Smith, Michael Loder, Hannah Stadtler, Rachel Loder, Thomas and Emily O'Connor, and great granddaughter Lily House; wonderful sisters Mary, Margaret, and Anne; and many nieces and nephews! Although we will miss his strong family presence, his fun Irish brogue, his love for playing the piano, and his incredible sense of humor, we are comforted in the knowledge that he is now dancing, once again in Heaven, with the love of his life Jeanie! Visitation will be from 5:00 to 8:00 PM Friday January 18, 2019 at BRING'S BROADWAY CHAPEL, 6910 East Broadway Boulevard, Tucson. Funeral Mass will be offered Saturday January 19, 2019 at 12:30 PM at St. Pius X Roman Catholic Church 1800 South Camino Pio Decimo, Tucson. Entombment with military honors from the Ft. Huachuca Select Honor Guard will follow in Our Lady of The Desert Cemetery 2151 South Avenida Los Reyes, Tucson.
