William S. Jameson, B.S., D.D.S. Dr. William S. Jameson passed away on February 20, 2021 in Tucson, AZ. Born in Camden, AR, Dr. Jameson graduated from the University of Tennessee College of Dentistry with honors in 1954 and completed his postgraduate training in prosthodontics at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in 1962. He was certified as a Diplomat, the American Board of Prosthodontics in 1967. Dr. Jameson served in the US Air Force, retiring as a Colonel in 1976 when he became a founding faculty member at Oral Roberts University School of Dentistry until 1980. Since that time he established a private practice limited to prosthodontics in Tucson, as well as serving as a consultant and lecturer. Dr. Jameson is survived by his wife Bobbie, their two children, five grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren. He was a loving son, brother, husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, a man of integrity and strong Christian faith. He will be missed. Dr. Jameson will be honored at a private, family ceremony at Southern Arizona Veterans’ Memorial Cemetery on March 30, 2021.
