Lois Kay Borland
January 25th, 1943 - April 19th, 2015
Lois Kay Borland Died on April 19, 2015 at the age of 72 in Tucson, Arizona. Born in Tarentum, Pennsylvania on January 25, 1943, she was preceded in death by her parents R. Joseph and Laura M. Kepple, and brother N. Clair Kepple. She is survived by her husband of 50 years William C. Borland, sister Janet R. Opalinski (and husband Fred), daughter Robin D. May (and husband Karl), son Scott W. Borland (and wife Lisa), and grandchildren Allison May, Laura May, Corinne May, Jack Borland, and Reese Borland. She earned her RN from Shadyside Hospital School of Nursing, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and worked in a variety of supervisory nursing positions for most of 30 years in Pittsburgh, Syracuse, New York, and Tucson, Arizona, where she lived since 1978. Her life will be celebrated at Brings Funeral Home, 6910 E. Broadway Blvd., Tucson, AZ, on May 15, 2015 at 11:00 AM. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Tu Nidito Children & Family Services, 3922 N. Mountain Ave., Tucson, AZ.
