Thomas Griner, 76, of Tucson, AZ passed away December 4th, 2013 in the comfort of his home accompanied by his wife. "Tom" was born on October 17, 1937 in Savannah, Georgia. At the time of his death, he and his wife of 31 years, Billie, had been a resident of Tucson for 16 years. A life long professional in the oil industry, Tom was also an avid golf enthusiast. Teeing off on the beautiful greens of Tucson brought him lots of happiness and most weekends he could be found with clubs in hand. Tom's greatest passion was providing for his family. His adoration of and dedication to his wife and loved ones are immeasurable. Tom is preceded in death by daughter Fonda. He is survived by his wife Billie, daughter Bevra Underwood (Seattle), grandchildren Allen and Linzy Jones (Columbus, OH) and Ryan and Kayci Costa (Clarksville, TN) and great grandchildren Fritz and Ava Jones (Columbus, OH). Services for Tom will be held at Southern Arizona Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 1300 South Buffalo Soldier Trail, Sierra Vista, Arizona on Friday, December 13th at 2:00 pm.
