Lydia F. Ochoa passed away Friday September 27th with her family and friends by her side. Preceded in death by her loving husband Manuel M. Ochoa. Survived by her three loving children, Carlos F. Ochoa (Terry), Olivia O. Otero (Richard), and Mario A. Ochoa (Renee), nine grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren, as well as loving brothers and sisters.
