John W. Weber (76), of Mohave Valley, Arizona. Passed away on January 24, 2023. John, fondly known as JW, The Duke, Big John, Johnny, or Pop, was born to Annie Coleman on November 12, 1946 in San Diego, California, and was later adopted by Fred and Rose Weber of San Diego, California. He served in the National Guard. He graduated from San Diego State University, with his bachelor's degree in Law Enforcement. He was a long-time dedicated Law Enforcement Officer (12 years with the San Diego Police, 12 years with San Diego County Sheriff's department, and the Department of Justice). In 2001, John and his wife Rosey relocated to Fort Mohave, Arizona where he worked as a Background and Forensic Investigator with the Fort Mohave Indian Tribe Police. His family later followed them to Arizona. He was dedicated to his family. In his free time, he loved to spend time with his family, friends and his best friend Daggz (wiener dog), watch his Chargers play, Gold Mining and golf. John is survived by his wife Rosey and their three children: Dustin Olson and wife Jennifer of Lake Havasu City, Julie Jordan and husband David of Lake Havasu City. Leslie Weber and life partner Danny Roth of Lake Havasu City. Siblings: Biological sister, Barbara Ross Tembecjkjian and husband Robert of New York. Sister-in-law, Vicky Ponce of Mohave Valley. Grandchildren: Ashlee and husband Eric Clark of Oregon. Tyler and wife Kaylyn Pickard of Albuquerque, New Mexico. Lane Hunter of Mohave Valley, Arizona. Great-Grandaughter Payton and Harper Clark of Oregon. Aubree Pickard and soon to be Great-Grandson Mason Pickard of Albuquerque, New Mexico and many nieces, nephews, and cousins throughout the United States. John touched many lives and will be greatly missed! John's family will host a celebration of life on Saturday, February 11, 2023 at Desert Lawn Funeral Home Chapel, 9250 S. Ranchero Lane, Mohave Valley, Arizona 86440 at 1:00pm (AZ-time).
