William Rees MacConnell, age 86, passed away on Tuesday, February 20, 2018. He was born in Barry, Wales, UK and was a resident of Bullhead City for 29 years. While employed by the British Government he accepted a position in Silicon Valley, Calif. He is preceded in death by his brother Don (Iris). He is survived by his wife Pamela, of 64 years; brother, Leslie (Sophie); and nieces and nephews.
