Tony David Vargas

Tony David Vargas, 63, of Sacramento, California, passed away at his home from natural causes on November 13th 2021. Tony was born in the Azores Islands, Portugal, and spent his childhood in Benicia, California. He relocated to Vancouver, Washington, after graduation where he worked as a warehouse manager and wholesale distributor for many years. Tony graduated from Benicia High School in 1976 with honors and was a longtime member of the Holy Ghost Society of Benicia, Vallejo, Petaluma; and St. Anthony. Tony was a dedicated craftsman with a passion for woodworking matched only by his encyclopedic knowledge and love of music. Tony was preceded in death by his mother Carol Vargas Alameda. He is survived by his daughter Stephanie Vargas Nolasco; brothers George DeVargas, Fernando DeVargas; sister Lucia Vargas; as well as many beloved nieces and nephews.
