David Keith Verry

David Keith Verry passed away peacefully at his home, surrounded by the trees in Pollock Pines, CA, on September 30th 2021, with his loving wife Linda by his side. David lived a beautifully interesting and adventure filled life. His varied employment careers included spending the last 25 years as an organic food exporter, various sales rep positions and an early career with the Royal New Zealand Defence Force. An ammunition technician by trade he possessed a unique skill in being able to construct and rebuild weapons from scratch. In his leisure time he enjoyed many outdoor pursuits with a competitive and passionate nature, something he relished in sharing with family and friends. He is survived by his wife Linda, children Jennifer, Kylee and Daniel, Son in-law Jamie, Grand-children Larissa, Harry, Zayden, Angus and Isla, sister Jocelyn, bother in-law Peter, and his nieces Lucy and Susanna. A much-loved son of the late Keith and Alice Verry. A great grand-child due in November - yet un-named but referred to as ‘Bean’, David wanted his great grandson to know him as ‘The Grand Old Man.’
