Sandi passed away on May 6, 2008 in Chico. She was born on January 20, 1963 in Stockton, California to Robert and Sandra Bromley. Sandi is survived by her husband, Jorge Garcia; her daughter, Kelsey Martinez; her parents; and her sister, Melissa; as well as many beloved family members and friends. Memorial contributions may be made to a trust fund; Benefit for Kelsey Martinez, at Butte Community Bank.
