Mrs. Cofer, 90, of Chico, died on October 29, 2006 at a local care facility. She was born on June 7, 1916 in Washington to Wiley and Beatrice McKeehen. Mrs. Cofer was cremated and a memorial service/placement of her urn will be at Sultan Community Cemetery in Sultan, Washington, at a later date. She is survived by her son, Kirk Cofer of Paradise.
