A graveside service for, Laura Estelle Lister, 74, of Orland, California will take place on Saturday, May 26, 2012, 11:00 a.m. at Orland Cemetery, County Road P in Orland. Laura passed away on May 20, 2012 at her residence. She was born on July 16, 1938 in Ventura, California to Raymond and Margaret Hudson. Laura was a self-employed artist for forty years and she was a member of the Tole Painters Society. She worked at the Berry Patch Gift Shop for thirty years. Laura enjoyed crafts and going to the casino. She loved her family and watching her grandchildren play basketball. Laura is survived by her daughter, Cindy Polwort of Orland; her three sons, Steve Lister of Tennessee, Bill Lister III and Frank Lister both of Orland; eleven grandchildren; fifteen great grandchildren and one great great granddaughter. Laura was preceded in death by her husband, William Nelson Lister Jr. in 1999, she will be placed with him at the cemetery. Following the graveside service there will be a celebration of life at Orland First Assembly of God, 6268 County Road 12 in Orland.
