A memorial service for Donald Lee Forester, 80, of Chico, will be held on Thursday, December 13, 2007, 2:00 p.m. at The United Methodist Church of Willows. Donald passed away on Tuesday, December 11, 2007 in Chico. He was born on November 20, 1927 in Shawnee, Oklahoma to Andrew and Lettie Forester. Donald is survived by his wife of sixty three years, Maxine Forester; his son, Michael Don Forester (Carolyn) of Ft. Jones, CA; his daughter, Catherine Ann Andrews (Greg) of El Dorado Hills, CA; and five grandsons, Donavon Forester, Andrew Forester, Gabriel Andrews, Tad Andrews and Rory Andrews. Donald was preceded in death by two sons, Jeffery Greg Forester and Jackson Paul Forester. Arrangements are under the direction of Affordable Mortuary.
