Frances Marie Francis passed away on November 3rd 2023. Frances is survived by five children, nine grandchildren, and eight great grand children. Fran was blessed with many friends and family who enjoyed her card play, jokes and quick wit.Frances was very devout in her catholic faith. In lieu of flowers please donate to your favorite charity. Services will be held on December 1st at 1:30pm at San Carlos Cathedral.
