He was 80 years old. Our devoted husband, brother, father, grand and great grandfather came into the world March 16th, 1942. Born to parents Robert and Evelyn (Gardner) Dibble in Spencerport New York. Bob is survived by his wife Audrey (Siwicki) Dibble. He married the love of his life July 3rd, 1965. Together in their 57 years of marriage they had three children. Leanne (Mike) Chacon, Carrie (Mark Lampreres) Dibble and Ryan (Rachel) Dibble. He adored nothing more than his eight grandchildren. Lauren, Jorden, Kayden, Gracie, Colton, Carson, Nevaeh and Raegan. Three great-grandchildren. Dakota, Adysen and Skyler. He was the oldest of eight siblings. Preceded in death by his sister Tammy (Robert) Foster and brother Henry (April) Dibble. Survived by siblings Riland (Mildred) Dibble, Carolyn (Tad) Davidson, Sharon Buckland, Barbara LaDue and Deborah Trabold. As a young man he loved to swim and play baseball with his good friend famous jazz musician Chuck Mangione. He started working a paper route as young boy, then worked in a butcher shop at age 14. The night before he started his first day of high school he was struck by lightning with only minor injuries. He was the talk of the school his first day. He loved to dance and sing to Doo-Wop and Rock and Roll. At 18 years old he proudly served our country for four years, in the United States Navy. In the Navy he became a good boxer and enjoyed seeing much of the world. After his service he settled down with Audrey in Hilton New York to start his family. Shortly after marriage, Bob started his 29-year career at Eastman Kodak Company in Rochester New York. Bob worked his way up from sweeping floors to becoming an assistant department head. Through those years he had the opportunity to relocate his family to northern Colorado. A move that impacted so many lives in a positive way. He was later able to retire at 49 years old. He completely invested his time and life into his growing family. Bob loved living in Colorado. The lifelong friends he had carried though to his last days. He loved all Colorado sports teams but none more than his beloved Denver Broncos. Making cabinets and other wood working projects in the shop in his garage became his passion. He enjoyed fishing, camping, R.V. trips, riding the 4-wheeler and just shooting the bull over a cup of coffee. That sun of a gun had an endless supply of funny euphemisms and expressions. He was usually heard singing a toon and tapping his fingers to the beat of a song. He was an excellent dancer and loved the drums. He loved spending every second he could with all his grandchildren. Having a funny little nickname or saying for everyone. He had an integral role in raising all of them. Family was his life! Bob was known for treating people to high standard. His passion for serving the lord changed the way he cared for everyone. He truly loved people and would do anything he could to help anyone, especially babies. He loved the little ones. His love for his fellow man was very easy to see. We could not go anywhere in the world without running into someone that knew him and had a kind word to say. Ten minutes after landing in one of his favorite vacation spots in Hawaii we heard someone yell across the airport Is that Bob Dibble!. Never failed! This amazing man of ours meant so much to so many. There are not enough words to say how much he will be missed.
