Beloved father, grandpa, husband, brother, uncle and friend, Lazaro “Nery” Rodriguez passed away in Rocklin, CA on January 31, 2024. He was born to parents Maria Marta and Lazaro Nery Rodriguez on November 8, 1948 in Guatemala. Nery was the fourth of five children. Younger brother to Estelita, Tony and Roberto. Older brother to Jorge. He was a wonderful and dedicated father to his 3 children, Amy (George), Jack, and Matthew. He was the very proud grandfather of Adam, Olivia, Chloe, Jack Jr., Grace, Nicholas and others. Nery is survived by his wife of 39 years, Sue. Nery was predeceased by his son Jack, his parents, brothers (Tony & Roberto), and so many other friends and family. We will forever cherish you, the laughter and love you brought to all of our lives. Long live the love that comes down, through and onto all of us. A funeral mass will be held in Nery's honor on Friday, March 15, 2024 at 10 AM at Saint Rose of Lima Catholic Church located at 615 Vine Avenue Roseville, CA 95678. There will be a luncheon to follow after the service.
