Gregory Robert Arnold

Gregory Robert Arnold passed away Thursday August 19, 2010 in Aromas, California from injuries sustained in an automobile accident. He was 18. He was born in Las Vegas, Nevada and grew up in Aromas. Greg currently attended Monterey Coast Preparatory School where he was in the eleventh grade. During the summer months, he worked as a day camp counselor. From a young age Greg had been active in the Boy Scouts and was a member of Troop 504. Greg enjoyed building, designing and fixing things. He loved hanging out with his friends and family and making people laugh. He is survived by his parents, Colleen Arnold of Aromas and Gregory Arnold of Las Vegas, NV and is also survived by his sister, Amanda Arnold of Brentwood, CA. A graveside service will be held Friday August 27, 2010 at Santa Cruz Memorial Park, 1927 Ocean St. Santa Cruz, CA at 1:30 pm. A memorial service will be held at the Aromas Grange Hall on the corner of Rose Ave and Bardue St, Aromas, Ca on Friday August 27 at 3:00 pm following the graveside service. In lieu of flowers contributions are preferred to Monterey Coast Preparatory School, 117 Fern St, Santa Cruz, CA 95060. Arrangements are under the direction of Benito & Azzaro Pacific Gardens Chapel.
