Weston Floyd

Obituary John Weston Floyd, age 33 of Fort Collins, Colorado passed away Tuesday, November 23, 2021 at his home. Weston was born March 28, 1988 the only child to John William and Linda Elisabeth (Paus) Floyd. He lived in Colorado all his life and was proud to be a Coloradoan. Weston graduated from Rocky Mountain High School with the class of 2007. He went on to complete two years of college at Front Range Community College. He loved people and brought much humor and laughter to life. Weston enjoyed spending time with his cousins and best friend, Ben. He loved to be outdoors and spent his time rock climbing, hiking, playing tennis and working out at the gym. Weston was quite artistic andmixed his humor with comic art when making birthday cards. Framing, construction and building things was his passion, along with his love for tools. He owned and managed his own construction company called New View Construction. He loved God. Weston is preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Dr. Vaun T. Floyd and maternal grandparents John Richard and Laila (Andresen) Paus. He is survived by his parents, John William Floyd and Linda Floyd; his paternal grandmother Mary Floyd of Albuquerque along with aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Id like to leave an echo whispering softly down the ways, Of happy times and laughing times and bright and sunny days. Id like the tears of those who grieve, to dry before the sun And happy memories that I leave when life is done.
