Benito & Azzaro Pacific Gardens Chapel
Bradley Dean Becker
February 7th, 1956 - December 25th, 2013
A private committal will be held in Santa Cruz for Brad Becker who passed away on December 25, 2013, at his Santa Cruz home following a brave battle he fought with cancer. Born in Ashley, North Dakota, he was 57 years old. Moving from North Dakota to Lodi, California, with his family at age 3, Brad was the youngest of his family and graduated from Lodi High School. He worked for Goehring Meat Company in Lodi for a time, and moved to Santa Cruz in 1988, working for an offset print shop. He later opened his own janitorial service in Santa Cruz for several years, and leaves behind many business associates and friends that he made through the years. His family will forever cherish the many memories of Brad's passion for riding motorcycles. He was an avid football fanatic; at times watching two games on two television sets at one time. He was proud of his fish tank too, as his home was his castle. He was blessed in this life with many dear friends to share good times with, and the tough times too, when his heath was failing. He is survived by his mother, Delores Becker of Bismarck, North Dakota, his brother and sister, Randy Becker of Sparks, Nevada and Brenda Kraeger of Windsor, California. He also leaves his nieces and nephew, Lisa and Bobby Kraeger, and Tracy Becker Mitchell of Boston. His family would especially like to acknowledge the loving care and devotion that was shown to our son and brother by Micah, Tammy, and Michelle. A private committal at sea will take place at a later date.
