A graveside service will be held for Eileen Hawkins, 70 of Chico, on Thursday, December 11, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. at Glen Oaks Memorial Park. She passed away on December 4th at Enloe Hospital. Eileen was born July 8, 1938 in Woodland, Calif. to Frank and Lilly Squires. She was a retired florist but most of all, a loving and caring housewife to her surviving husband, Donald. Her passion was painting and the growing of her favorite roses. While being a good Christian, she enjoyed listening to gospel music. Along with Donald, Eileen is survived by her brother, Stan Squires and family of Keaau, Hawaii.
