Linda Gauthier

It is with great sadness that the family of Linda Gauthier, announces her passing after a long illness, on Friday, March 11, 2022, at the age of 70 years. Linda is survived by her son Jamie Gauthier. Linda will also be fondly remembered by her grandchildren Ryley and Gabriella (and mother Maria), her brother Robert dePinquertaine and wife Valerie, her niece Brittany Britton and husband Keith, and niece Ashlynne Carter and husband Jonathan, cousins Luanne Watson and Rick Watson, brothers-in-law Randy and wife Sandy, Roland, and Richard, as well as numerous nieces and nephews, including Bill, Bob, Nathan, Regan, Ryan, Meagan, and Tyler. Linda graduated from Memorial High School in Manchester, New Hampshire. She worked as a legal secretary, professional transcript editor for court reporting (scopist), accomplished organ player at the local church, and recording artist for classical piano with six albums including Snowfields, Perfectly Contented, A Touch of Ivory, Once Upon an Era, To A Wild Rose, and Piano Passages. She was a piano teacher on the east and west coast. After Linda’s husband (Dr. Raymond Gauthier) passed in August 2019, she moved from New Hampshire to California to be with her son (Jamie) and her grandchildren (Ryley and Gabriella). Linda’s hobbies and interests included music, teaching, playing and performing on the piano, shopping, living with an artistic flair, attending church, and spending time with family and friends. A Funeral Service in memory of Linda will be held on Saturday, March 19, 2022, at 11:00 a.m., at the Pacific Garden Chapel, 1050 Cayuga Street, Santa Cruz, CA, with Pastor Edd Breeden officiating. Another Funeral Service in memory of Linda will be held on Saturday, May 7, 2022, at 11:00 AM, at the Greenland Community Congregational Church, 4 Church Lane, Greenland, NH, with Rev. Mark Brockmeier officiating.
