July 9th, 1967 - December 22nd, 2020
Obituary Richard Allen Lockner went to be with Jesus on December 22, 2020 from complications 0f Covid. Richard was born July 9, 1967 in Rochester, New York to Faye and Ron Lockner. He graduated in 1985 from Fairport High School where he was active in the drama club. He volunteered as a dispatcher for the Perinton Amblulance Corp. He was awarded the Boy Scout Eagle Scout award of which he was very proud. He moved to Colorado in 1994 and worked at the Larimer Country Sheriff's Office for a number of years before he moved to Cheyenne, WY to work for Allstate. Richard is also survived by his sisters Kimberly (James) VanDress, Betsy Lockner and his brother David (Irma)Lockner, nieces Nicole, Alice, Kim, Ella and nephews Donnie and Everett. A memorial service will be held in the spring.
