Cruz "Jilo" Tena Farfan was a loving husband and father. He was a person that had lots of friends and would always help them when they asked. He always attended the rodeo whenever and wherever he could. He enjoyed watching the horse riding and bullriding. His family was his number one priority. He was loved by all his children, brothers and sisters. He will be missed dearly. -"Que siga la mata dando" He is survived by wife Olga Meza de Tena of the family home in Salinas parents Placido and Leonor Tena of Mexico daughters Nancy Tena of Wichita, KS Fabiola, Jennifer, Arismel and Stephanie Tena all of Salinas son Ricardo Tena of Salinas 5 grandchildren brothers Lode, Erick, Claudio, Ramiro and Olivio sisters Bena, Chela, Lido and Cecilia along with numerous nieces and nephews

At Healey, we treat our Salinas Valley community members like family. Our story begins after World War II when Veteran Herbert C. Healey hoped to find a way to continue to meaningfully help his county and community grow. He and his wife founded Salinas Valley Mortuary in 1956 to help serve the families in the Salinas Valley area. Their lifelong mission was to unselfishly serve area families based on their strong, trusting relationship with their community – something we honor to this day almost seven decades years later....
