James David Liebing

James David Liebing, 62, of Marysville, CA, passed away on March 11, 2015. A Yuba City resident his entire life born on March 9, 1953 in Marysville, CA. He was a truck driver.James David Liebing was a loving husband, father, uncle, brother and grandfather. He loved his family more than life itself second only to his love for the Lord. He was an honest, gentle soul who believed in everyone's future. He was the first to lend a helping hand to others, especially troubled souls. He brought light and laughter to every situation. He made friends everywhere he went and kept up those relationships over many years. He has a special place in his heart for the Joshua Men's Center and the men there who are changing the course of their lives as well as the children of Calvary Christian Center's Sidewalk Sunday School. The family gives a special thank you to Westside Transportation for all their help, love and support.Survivors include his wife of 31 years, Sherry; sons, Curtis and Karmjit; sister, Judy; nephews, Jack (Sarah) and William (Brittany); great nephews and nieces, William (Amanda), Alyssa, Amanda, Brandon, Jodi, Elizabeth, Kameron, Jeorgia, Wyatt, Sierra, Dyllan; all of Yuba City. Daughters, Amber (Warren) and Sarah (Anthony); granddaughter, Alex; and grandsons, Rayce and Jonah; all of Olivehurst. Father-in-law, Raymond; sister-in-law, Jami; nephews, Jesse and Rob; and niece Ashely-Rodney; all of Grass Valley. Son, Da'rrell, of Santa Cruz. Uncle Boyd of Oregon. Son, Jacob (Tanya) and granddaughter, Meghan, all of Washington. Brother-in-law, Joe (Audrey); niece, Mariah; and nephew, Nodiah; all of Montana.Preceded in death by his parents, Curtis and Phyllis Liebing; brother-in-law, Bob Wilcox; mother-in-law, Etta Marquez; and brother-in-law, Raymond M. Marquez.The viewing will be Monday, March 23, 2015, 4-7PM at Ullreys Funeral Home. A Celebration of Life will be held Tuesday, March 24, 2015, 11:00 AM at Calvary Christian Center officiated by Pastor Michael D. Cicociola. Afterwards, there will be graveside services at Sutter Cemetery under direction of Ullreys Funeral Home
