Obituary Samira Nissan age 78, passed away after a long illness. Samira was a devoted individual, loving sister, wonderful aunt and cousin and dear friend to many.She was a member of the Third Order of Lay Carmelites. She's survived by 3 sisters and 3 brothers. Amal Nissan, Farouk Nissan, Ferial NIssan, Farid Nissan, Ruwaida Nissan and Burt Nissan and she's survived by 20 nephews and nieces. Mass of Christian Burial will be Friday, September 7, 2018 at 10:30am at San Carlos Cathedral in Monterey followed by committal at San Carlos Cemetery.
