Michael Todd

Oct. 21, 1962 - Aug. 20, 2011 Surrounded by his devoted family, Michael Edward Todd passed away early Saturday morning, at his home after a long illness. Mike was raised in Sacramento, CA, and served in the Coast Guard from 1987-1995. He was stationed in Massachusetts and Alaska. After serving in the Coast Guard, Mike and his family moved to Chico, where he attended Butte College. After graduating with a compter technology degree, he worked for SciTech Software, and then started Todd's Computer Service in 2002, which he operated until his illness. Mike loved hunting, boating and fishing with his family and friends. He also enjoyed gardening, cooking and watching football. He was a very fun-loving, humorous, and compassionate husband, father and friend, who will be missed by all. Michael is survived by his wife of 20 years, Brenda Todd of Chico; son, Ernie Mullins, and daughters, Natasha and Bianca Todd of Chico; daughter, Tabatha Cadle of Josephine, WV; and a granddaughter, Mackenzie Cadle of Josephine, WV. His parents, Bill and Barbara Todd preceded him in death. A Celebration of Mike's life will be held on Friday, September 2, 2011 from 5:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Todd residence, located at 4 Clara Lane in Chico.
