Parkash Kaur Bains

Parkash Kaur Bains, a longtime resident of Yuba City, CA passed away June 8, 2017. She was born in Jandiala, Punjab immigrated to the United States in 1978 with her husband Amrik Singh Bains and family. She was a loving Wife, Mother, Sister, Grandmother and Great Grandmother dedicated to her family and friends. She is survived by her husband Amrik Singh Bains, son Sukhjiven Singh Bains (Sukhwinder), daughters Sukhjot Kaur Bal (Bhupinder), Sukhjit Kaur Jhutty (Arvinderjit), sister Darshan Kaur Atwal (Surjit Atwal), brothers Kulwant Singh Johl (Jaspal), Surinder Singh Johal (Gurbalbir), Ranbir Singh Johl (Gurprit), Harwant Singh Johal (Kulwinder). Grandchildren Aneet Kaur Shoker (Parvinder), Veerpaul Singh Bains, Amritpaul Singh Bains (Lovedeep), Simarjit Singh Bains, Kiran Kaur Bains, Kamalpreet Kaur Jhutty, Manraj Singh Jhutty, Navroop Kaur Jhutty, Jujhar Singh Jhutty, Emmapreet Kaur Bal and Berneen Kaur Bal and great grandson Armaan Singh Shoker. She was preceded in death by her father late Jagir Singh Johl and mother late Resham Ranjit Kaur, sister Ranbir Kaur Bains and brother-in-law Gurdip Singh Bains. She was the most empathetic and thoughtful woman we knew, we will miss her smile and the sound of her sweet voice dearly. Throughout her life she showed endless compassion and dedication toward her entire family. She will remain in our hearts forever and her love will never be forgotten. Funeral services will be held Tuesday June 13, 2017 at Ullrey Memorial Chapel located at 817 Almond Street, Yuba City at 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. followed by prayers at Sikh Temple Tierra Buena Road, Yuba City.
