Joseph Martin Blasy

Obituary Joseph Martin Blasy, 44, passed away March 20, 2017 at his home in Loveland, Colorado. Joseph was born in Rapid City, South Dakota and grew up in Bismark and Mandan, North Dakota. He later moved to Tucson, Arizona with Cherelyn who became his wife on July 29, 2000. They later moved to Colorado where he spent the rest of his days in Loveland. Joseph was a father, a husband, a drummer, an artist, a brewer and a beer snob to those he loved. He was also a writer, an amateur funny man, an audiophile and wearer of fantastic hats and beards. He also was a comic book collector and a gigantic kid and that is exactly the way we loved him. Joseph is survived by his wife Cherelyn Blasy of Loveland; parents Jake and Julie Ehli; additional parents Michael & Rene Lassise, Carleen Layne and aunt Eileen Blasy; son, Mace Blasy; niece Jamie Jensen; nephew, Jason Pisahl; brother-in-laws, Joseph Lassise and Adam Lassise; sister-in-law Coretta Lassise; great nieces, Zoe and Victoria; great nephew, Daniel and grandparents Joseph & Magdalena Blasy and Carl & Katherine Bonham.
