Marjorie Louise Stuntz

Obituary Marjorie Louise Stuntz passed away October 18, 2016. She was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on November 2, 1923, the daughter of Raymond and Esther (Knab) McHugh. She married John R Stuntz in 1942 and moved permanently to the Fort Collins area in 1954. She was a loving wife, mother and homemaker, worked outside the home as a secretary, did volunteer work, and was a long time member of Unity Church . She was very active and fiercely independent, enjoyed dancing, hiking, working in the yard and garden, jazzercise, and visiting her brothers, sister, and many nephews and nieces in California. She is survived by her brothers; Ray and Tom McHugh, sons; Stephen and wife Jeannie, Chip and wife Patti, daughters: Kristin and husband Bill, Laura and wife Susan, grandchildren; Steve, Stacy, Richard, Jessica, and Libby, great grandchildren; Shandice, Luke, Kyler, Jordan and Erin, and great great grandson Todd James. Preceded in death by her husband, Jack Stuntz, and sister, Carol Yokoi. The family would like to thank Turnberry Place Assisted Living, and Pathways Hospice for their loving care. A celebration of Marjorie's life will be held from 1:30 to 4:00 pm on Saturday November 12th at the home of Kristin Stuntz, 1726 Rangeview Drive, Fort Collins, CO 80524.
