Bill Stenzel
November 18th, 1921 - December 10th, 2018
Bill was born November 18, 1921, in Brooklyn, NY and died December 10, 2018, in Roseville, CA. He was preceded in death by his loving wife of 59 years, Penny, and daughter, Cynthia. He is survived by sons, Rick (Janice) Stenzel and John Stenzel; 4 grandchildren: Theresa Allen, Christopher Stenzel, Hope Hocking, and Lacy Stenzel; great grandson, John Hocking; and his older sister, Virginia Baker. Bill is retired from CalTrans as a Sr. Right of Way Agent. He was also an avid participant in the Barbershop singing chapters in Yuba-Sutter and Sacramento. He performed in various quartets and directed Barbershop choruses; he was a member of the Barbershop Society for over 50 years. A private family graveside service will be held at Sutter Cemetery and a Celebration of Life will be held in the near future.
