David Chrisp

Obituary Dave Chrisp, 64 of Wellington, Colorado passed away peacefully at University of Colorado Health Anschutz Hospital on October 4, 2015 from an infection in his heart with Melody, Trevor, and Ryan by his side. Dave was born at Rose Memorial Hospital in Denver, Colorado on November 24, 1950. He was a true Colorado Native. Dave is survived by his wife Melody and son Trevor, and his beloved pups Buddy & Otto all of Wellington. He is also survived by his sons Ryan and Cameron, his mother Esther Chrisp, his ex-wife Rachelle Clemens, eight brothers and sisters all of Nebraska and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins and friends all around the United States. Dave was a man of integrity who proudly served in the United States Army stationed in Berlin Germany from 1970 - 1972. Dave was a wonderful husband, father, brother, uncle, mentor, and friend. He made many friends through the car business (which was still his favorite thing to talk about other than politics) and building homes. We will always remember his smile and how he made us laugh with his silly poems he would just make up on the spot. He was our rock and we will never forget him. Dave requested no service except to spread his ashes in his beloved Rocky Mountains to set him free.
