December 9, 1940 - April 29, 2021 Norma Jean Giovannetti was born on December 9, 1940, in Merced, California, and passed away surrounded by loved ones on April 29, 2021, in Yuba City, California, at the age of 80 years old. Norma Jean is survived by her family, Daniel Marchini and wife Adeline of Fresno; Michael Leap and wife Denise of Merced; Michelle Marchini and husband Perry of Fresno; and Derek Marchini of Clovis. She is preceded in death by husband, Ronald Paul Giovannetti; father, Decimo Marchini; and mother, Mary Marchini. Vigil service with rosary will be held on Thursday, May 6, 2021, from 4:00pm to 6:00pm, with the rosary beginning at 6:00pm at Ullrey Memorial Chapel located at 817 Almond Street, Yuba City, California, 95991. Funeral mass will be held on Friday, May 7, 2021, at 9:30am at Saint Isidore Church located at 222 Clark Avenue, Yuba City, California, 95991. Public interment directly following mass at Live Oak Cemetery, 3545 Pennington Road, Live Oak, California, 95953.
