Sandra Frulan At her request no services will be held for Sandra Elaine Frulan, 73 of Chico. She passed away peacefully at home on Friday, August 28, 2015. Sandy was born in Yreka and was raised in Gazelle. In 1960 she moved to Chico to go to college. In 1963 she married Barton Frulan in Yreka. For many years she worked as an office manager for the Associated Students Bookstore at CSU Chico. Sandra enjoyed spending time with family at the Yreka Boat Club on Lake Shasta and the family cabin at McCloud. She is survived by her husband Bart Frulan of Chico; two children, Kevin (Lori) Frulan of Citrus Heights and Katrina (Ryan Slattum) Frulan of Chico; one grandson Spencer Frulan of Citrus Heights. Arrangements are under the direction of Brusie Funeral Home in Chico.
