John Arthur Stineman, age 74, of Wheatland, CA, passed away on July 8, 2014. John was born March 8, 1940 in Roseville, CA. John was a lifetime farmer and owner of Stineman's Farm Supply /Ace Hardware Store. He was a resident of the Yuba-Sutter area his entire life. Throughout his life he was a member of the Wheatland High School Board of Directors, Wheatland Lions Club and the Wheatland Volunteer Fire Dept. He is survived by his wife, Marilyn Stineman of Wheatland, CA; sons, John (Kiyomi) Stineman, Jr. of Carpinteria, Darryl Stineman of Wheatland, CA; daughter, Anna (Steve) Greenfield of Citrus Heights, CA; stepchildren, Donald (Karen) Perry of St. Cloud, FL, Jessica (Mark) Brown of Roseville, CA, Stephanie Perry of Auburn, CA; brother, Robert Stineman of Wheatland, CA; sister, Jane (Rick) Paskowitz of Wheatland, CA; mother, Helen Stineman of Lincoln, CA and 15 grandchildren. Graveside services will be conducted on Saturday, July 19, 2014 at 10:00 am at the Wheatland Cemetery American Cancer Society , 618 5th St., Marysville, CA 95901. -
