Manuel Cardoza Jr. 86, of Yuba City, CA, passed away on December 13, 2014 in Lincoln, CA. He was a lifetime Yuba-Sutter resident and a retired maintenance mechanic, born on April 12, 1928 in Gridley, CA. Survivors include his wife of 63 years; Julia Cardoza, sons; Manuel Lee Cardoza (Patty) and Michael Cardoza (Melissa), sisters; Genevive Garcia, Betty Marcheschi, Leonora McCrocklin, Judy Lockwood, brother; Robert Cardoza, five granddaughters; Amber Moreau (Ryan) Ashley, Erica, Cecilie, Emily Cardoza, three great-grandchildren; Noah, Emma, Ryleigh Moreau and many nieces and nephews. Manuel is preceded in death by his parents; Manuel Cardoza Sr. and Mary Cardoza, brother, William Cardoza, sisters; Mary Schwartz and Pauline Pantaleoni and infant son. Visitation will start at 3:00 pm, followed by recitation of the rosary Sunday, December 21, 2014 at Ullrey Memorial Chapel, Inc. 817 Almond St. Yuba City. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Monday, December 21, 2014 at 12:30 pm at St. Isidore's Catholic Church with Fr. Matthew Blank, officiating. Burial will follow at Sierra View Memorial Park, arrangements are under the direction of Ullrey Memorial Chapel. Memorials and contributions can be made to a charity of your choice .
