FLORENCE RITA TOSTA WEHR Florence Rita Tosta Wehr, Florence was born on March 15, 1933 in Chico California, the daughter of Manuel and Rita Tosta. Loving sister to Manuel Tosta and Mary George. Wife of 51 years to Wilmer Wehr, her one true love. Beloved Mother to William and Linda, Grandmother of Valerie and Dominic and Great Grandmother of Brian. Godmother of Manuel and Angela. Beloved Niece, Cousin, Aunt, Mother in-law and devoted Friend to ALL. Florence, age 84, passed at home on November 10, 2017, after her struggle with cancer. Peacefully, in the waiting arms of our Heavenly Father and Husband and all that proceeded. Florence thoroughly enjoyed sewing and crocheting. She taught herself at an early age how to create beautiful fashion. She crocheted several blankets for babies and adults, all made with love. Leaving an everlasting legacy epitomizing Love, Compassion and Humanity. Impacting ALL our lives for the better.
