Elizabeth "Betty" Caroline Everett

On June 21, 2023, at age 92, Elizabeth Caroline "Betty" Everett (nee Potter), died in Yuba City, CA, after a long battle with Alzheimer's. Betty is survived by her children: Mike and Mark Wisner, Marty Brown, and Marilyn Bibb, and step-children: Parke, Chris, and Doris Everett, Patty Thomas, Lucy Horn, Beth Summers, and Catherine Hawes. She was preceded in death by her husband Henry Everett, and her sister Bernice Clark. Betty was born in Napa, CA, in 1931. After graduating from Napa High School, she attended UC Berkeley before transferring to UC San Francisco, where she graduated with a degree in nursing. She moved to Yuba City in 1955. She worked for many years as an RN, finishing her career as a Public Health Nurse with the Sutter County Health Department in 1988. There will be no public services, but donations may be sent to the Alzheimer's Association in her name. Betty's family would like to thank the staff at The Courtyard and The Gardens for the wonderful care they provided during her many years with them.
