Sukhdev Singh Bains, 82, of Yuba City, CA, passed away peacefully in the arms of his beloved wife, Surinder Bains, on September 26, 2023. He is survived and loved by his wife, Surinder Bains; sister, Mohan Thiara (Mohinder Thiara); and four children: sons, Taljinder Bains (Balwinder Bains) and Diljinder Bains (Bobby Bains); and daughters, Parmjit Bains and Inderjit Bains. He was loved and cherished by five grandchildren: grandsons, Jagdeep Bains (Jasmine Singh-Bains), Sandeep Bains and Gavin Bains; and granddaughters, Jasleen Tomm (Nathaniel Tomm) and Muneet Bains; and two great-grandchildren: Ava Bains and Jagdeep Jr. Bains. He was also loved by his two brothers: late Davinder Bains (Harjinder Bains) and late Baldev Bains (Kulwant Bains). Memorial services will be held on Sunday, October 1, 2023, at 11am at Ullrey Memorial Chapel, 817 Almond Street, Yuba City, CA. Prayer services will follow at Sikh Temple Gurdwara, 2468 Tierra Buena Road, Yuba City.
