Charles Henry Manning Jr. was born November 17, 1921 in Sacramento, Ca. He left this world peacefully surrounded by family on April 6, 2018 to join his beloved wife, Sheila. Our dear, dear Poppy was a son, a brother, a veteran, P.O.W., Cal Bear graduate, golfer extraordinaire, husband, building contractor, fisherman, farmer, equestrian horse breeder, father, grandfather, and great grandfather.
