Craig Linsay-Louis Ellis

Craig Linsay Louis Ellis Sr. passed away on Tuesday, December 4th, 2018 in Chico, California at the age of 58. He was the loving husband of Colleen Guillory. They were married on July 4, 2003 in Reno, Nevada and have shared 18 years together in Chico. Craig was born and raised Catholic in El Centro, California and was the son of William and Carolyn Ellis. He worked as a milkman, plumber, cook and was an expert butcher for 20 years. Craig enjoyed walks in the park, NASCAR, baseball, rock and roll music, family trips and will always be remembered for his love of his dogs Daisy and Rosie. He is survived by his wife, Colleen; his parents, William and Carolyn; three sons, Craig, Kristopher and Matthew Ellis, five siblings, William, Brian, Dana, Lea, and JJae; nine grandchildren, many nephews and nieces; three step-sons; Trevor, Joseph & Jimmy Guillory and an enormous step-family, all of whom loved and treasured him. And as an organ donor, he leaves the gift of continued life for many others. The funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 18th at 10:00 AM at Brusie Funeral Home in Chico. No visitation will be held prior to the funeral. Memorial donations in lieu of flowers may be made to the Chico Animal Shelter.
