Prescilla Paskiang was born in Alaminos, Pangasinan, Philippines on March 10, 1947. She passed away on October 23, 2022 in Salinas, CA. She leaves behind her second husband of 25 years, Antonio, as well as her adopted daughter and son and their respective families, sisters, brother-in-laws, nephews, nieces, grandchildren, stepsons, stepdaughters, step-grandchildren and step-grand grandchildren. Prescilla was a devoted wife to Antonio. She was predeceased by her first husband, Mateo Ancheta, father - Benjamin, mother - Gregoria, brothers - Zuzimo and Eleorife Eleccion, and sister- Juliana. She was kind, loving, patient, and generous. Her favorite past time was going to casino even when she had her first stroke. Some of our families were kind enough to bring her there. Visitation will be held at 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm, Thursday, November 3, 2022 at Healey Mortuary, 405 N. Sanborn Rd., Salinas, CA. Rosary will be held at 4:00 pm on the same day. Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 am, Friday, November 4, 2022 at St. Mary of the Nativity Catholic Church at 424 Towt St., Salinas, CA. Interment to follow at Garden of Memories at 850 Abbott St., Salinas, CA.

Healey hoped to find a way to continue to meaningfully help his county and community grow. He and his wife founded Salinas Valley Mortuary in 1956 to help serve the families in the Salinas Valley area. Their lifelong mission was to unselfishly serve area families based on their strong, trusting relationship with their community – something we honor to this day almost seven decades years later....
