Linnie Marie Wright was born on December 25,1942 in Wasco California to Seth and Eva Bowles. Linnie was born and raised in Wasco where she met her husband Ronald Glenn Wright. They were married at the Church of the Nazarene on September 24, 1960. Linnie was very involved in the town of Wasco, Chamber of Commerce, T-ball, local athletics, Relay for Life, ect. Linnie was a very hard worker. She did everything from fieldwork to managing businesses such as Pizza Hut and Circle K. She eventually retired after 19 years from the Department of Corrections where she was a Supervising Cook II. Linnie enjoyed gardening, cooking, and being a social butterfly. But most of all she loved being with her grandkids and great grandkids. Linnie eventually moved to Orland, CA where she could be closer to family. She became apart of the Orland Grange #432 and the Grange Chapel. Linnie Marie Wright is preceded in death by her husband and best friend (Ronald Glenn Wright) her parents (Eva and Seth Bowles), Four brothers (Kenneth Bowles, Delbert Bowles, George Bowles, Cecil Bowles), sister (Patricia Murchek), granddaughter (Joslynn), and dog son Sam. She is survived by her two brothers Nick Bowles, Steve Bowles; children, Cynthia Wagner and husband Rocky of Orland, Rhonda Halverson and husband Rob of Sacramento, Glenn "Butch" Wright and wife Kim of Orland; 11 grandchildern and 14 and 1/2 great-grandchildren; and dog son Hulk. Celebration of Life will be held at Orland Grange #432 210 E. Walker St. Orland, CA on July 10, 2021 at noon.
