In Remembrance of Alvaro Arévalo Angel Alvaro Arévalo Angel, also known as Papi Alvaro, Alfaro, Alvarito, Alvarado and Don Alvaro. He was born on June 20th, 1946, in Opopeo, Michoacán, Mexico and parted to the Lord’s home on July 3, 2022. He was a tailor by profession, (the best one) a hardworking, caring, kind, happy, loving, and trustworthy man. His family, wife, children, and grandchildren were his greatest pride. He was always loved and respected my many. He was a remarkable and one-of-a-kind man! He is survived by his wife, Obdulia, his faithful and dedicated companion of 52 years, his 6 children: Laura, Eduardo, Ramona, Alma, Rocio, Ulises and 13 beautiful grandchildren. He will be greatly missed and will forever have a special place in the hearts of all of those he touched and inspired. We love you Papá!! Until we meet again. Rosary and Viewing Thursday, July 14th, 2022 - 5pm-8pm at Brusie Funeral Home, Chico CA. Mass of Christian Burial Friday, July 15th at 10:30am at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, followed by the burial at Chico Cemetery, Chico CA. Nació el 20 de Junio de 1946 en Opopeo, Michoacán, México y partió a la casa del Señor el 3 de Julio del 2022. Era un Sastre de profesión, (el mejor) un hombre trabajador, solidario, bondadoso, feliz, cariñoso y de confianza. Su familia, esposa, hijos y nietos fueron su más grande orgullo. Siempre fue amado y respetado por muchos. ¡Era un hombre extraordinario y único! Le sobreviven su esposa, Obdulia, su fiel, y dedicada compañera de 50 años, sus 6 hijos: Laura, Eduardo, Ramona, Alma, Rocío, Ulises y 13 hermosos nietos. Se le extrañará mucho y siempre tendrá un lugar especial en los corazones de todos aquellos a quienes tocó y continuará inspirando. ¡¡Te amamos Papá!! Hasta que nos encontremos de nuevo.
